The area around it buzzes pleasantly, with Srithanu's beaches, restaurants and celebrated wellness studios only moments down the road, yet the villa itself stays private and still. Its two en-suite bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house. The master, on the main floor, steps directly out to the pool and conceals a sculpted terrazzo bathtub in its bathroom. The second has its own entrance from outside and a small balcony with seating for two — perfect for coming and going without disturbing anyone. King beds, walk-in wardrobes and a slice of sea feature in both. The bathrooms echo the rest of the house: concrete counters with recessed basins, handcrafted mirrors, sand-washed floors and generous rain showers.
The 30 m² living room is arranged around a sunken sofa — the kind you drop into and quietly abandon your plans — with a 65" smart TV for slower evenings. Beside it, the kitchen stretches along a 2.8-metre polished-concrete counter, paired with a table for five. Then eleven metres of glass slide away, and indoors and outdoors simply stop being two different things.
The terrace is the reward. A 15 m² saltwater infinity pool, tiled in Balinese stone, sits flush with a sand-washed sun deck dressed with loungers and generous daybeds. Above it, a timber pergola turns a ceiling fan slowly overhead — comfortably the best seat in the house once the afternoon heat settles in.
